For 1-2 people
2 packages of Udon noodles (approx.180-200g per pack)
1 onion
200g pork
200g cabbage
½ a carrot
A small amount of Spring onion
Soy sauce/Yakisoba sauce
Preparation

Cut the pork into thin slices and vegetables into bite size pieces. Boil the Udon noodles while preparing the vegetables and meat.

When the noodles are finished cooking, turn on the abien MAGIC GRILL to the MID setting and place the vegetables and pork onto the grill. Put a cover over the vegetables and pork and wait for 3 minutes until it starts steaming.

Add the Udon noodles and put the cover back over the food and wait for another 3 minutes to steam.

Add soy sauce or Yakisoba sauce to the noodles and vegetables. When all the water has evaporated, it is ready to serve.
