1 Tofu
½ teaspoon cornstarch
2tablespoons Soy sauce
A small amount of Spring onion
Preparation

Press the water out of the tofu by wrapping the cooking paper around the Tofu then pat it.

Put the tofu into a container to soak with soy sauce and rice wine for 15 minutes on each side.

Turn on the abien MAGIC GRILL to MID setting. Place the tofu in the middle of the grill. Grill the tofu until both sides gets a slight golden-brown color (About 5 minutes on each side).

Add sliced spring onion on top and it is now ready to serve.
