Ingredients
6 Shiitake mushroom (Bigger size is better ex.6-7 cm in diameter)
½ an onion
½ a Spring onion
1-2 garlic cloves
10g butter
Soy sauce/Miso to taste
Preparation

Slice the garlic, onion and spring onion. Remove stems from Shiitake. Cut the stems into small pieces.

Heat up the abien MAGIC GRILL on the LOW setting and lightly cook the garlic, onion and the stem. Place the Shiitake upside down and start grilling it.

Add the garlic, onion, and cut stem on the top of Shiitake. Put a small piece of butter on top and cover with abien FOOD COVER.

After steaming for 10 minutes, put soy sauce on top. It is now ready to serve.
