Grilled Asparagus with Parmesan

For 2 servings:

  • 6 Asparagus spears (trimmed)
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 75ml Olive oil
  • Parmesan cheese, grated, to taste
  • A pinch of black pepper


Place the asparagus on the abien MAGIC GRILL  on the HI setting. Grill until they develop grill marks, turning occasionally for even cooking.

In a bowl, combine the egg yolk, vinegar, salt, honey, and mustard. Whisk until well mixed. Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously to emulsify the mixture.

Arrange the grilled asparagus on a serving plate. Drizzle the sauce over the asparagus. Grate Parmesan cheese over the asparagus and garnish with a pinch of black pepper.
